How to Redeem Your Points

Redeeming your BrandNet Rewards points is straightforward and can be done both online and in-store.

Online Redemption:

Option 1: Using the Rewards Program Button

  • Click the orange Rewards Program button on the left-hand side of your screen.
  • Select your desired reward based on your available points and generate a coupon.
  • Copy the generated coupon code.
  • Paste the coupon code in the Coupon Code field during checkout or in your shopping cart.

Option 2: Redeeming Directly in Your Cart

  • Add your desired items to the cart.
  • Navigate to the cart page.
  • On the right-hand side, under your points balance, click the drop-down labelled Select a reward.
  • Choose from the available rewards based on your current points.
  • The selected reward will be automatically applied to your order total.

Note: Only one reward can be applied per transaction. Ensure you are logged into your account to access and use your rewards.

In-Store Redemption:


  • Visit our Military Shop in Fyshwick.
  • At checkout, inform the staff that you wish to redeem your BrandNet Rewards points.
  • Provide your registered email or phone number associated with your BrandNet Rewards account.
  • The staff will access your points balance and apply your chosen amount towards your purchase.

Note: Points can be redeemed in increments as specified in the rewards table, and the redemption value varies depending on your customer tier
